José Ching,

Pedagogue de La Rueda - multilingual kindergarten

"I think the most important thing is for each child to feel safe and well cared for. In this way, he can express his needs and develop his personality. In kindergarten, I try to make children understand responsibility for things and respect for others.

I enjoy nature because it brings feelings of freedom, promotes movement and arouses curiosity in children. On our excursions to the park, children learn about the weather, the seasons of the year and the animal world. Without toys, a space is created for imagination and free play.

Perú

I like to share with children the love for music. The guitar is a great instrument for children to learn about rhythm, music, and movement. Also I bring with her songs from our colorful Latin culture.

Vocational training

Veterinarian and kindergarten monitor

I was born and raised in Peru. I studied veterinary medicine and worked mainly with cats and dogs, although my passion is exotic animals. I love sports, especially martial arts. I have a great interest in meditation and philosophy. I have been living in Vienna for 5 years with my wife and two children. My wife is German, so our children grow up bilingual. We are very grateful to have the support of the La Rueda team and I am very happy to be part of it.

With the motivation to learn more about early childhood education, I started in 2019 the course for the training of supervisors of children's groups at the IPS. With this I have a good base to continue learning, growing with the children and sharing positive impressions with them. Since the fall of 2019 I have been working on the Klosterneuburger Straße team.
