Ivana Reyes
Founding member and pedagogical director
Dancing, singing, improvising and talking is what I like to do the most with children. Through play and imagination, improvise to reinvent characters, figures, stories and tales. I understand our body as a musical instrument: we react to hearing a sound, that sound moves in us. This in children is natural and spontaneous, based on this idea I seek to motivate and develop body expression through rhythmic and choreographic games with songs, as well as through improvisation, performative-theatrical composition.
Movement, coordination and rhythm is what I aim to develop, by playing with the children.
Hartwig Imlinger,

I like education, languages, different cultures, and nature. I am interested in creative methodologies in working with children, youth and adults. I never want to finish learning.

Organization and digital channels manager
In my opinion, growing up does not mean letting go of your inner child, and creativity always occupies an important place in our development, even as adults. It is for this reason that I decided to embark on a volunteer program to work with children after finishing my degree, despite being a totally different field. It fascinates me to accompany them in their learning and I appreciate their infinite curiosity about the environment. After that great experience, I returned to the path of digital marketing in my hometown and everything I learned has brought me back to La Rueda, where I am in charge of managing the groups and the website (if any button doesn't work, you know who who to notify).

The innate curiosity in infants should be used as the first step to start the learning process and learning that is linked to fun and enjoyable experiences is the best thing that can happen in kindergarten. They always observe, ask and deduce their own explanations. Their desire to know EVERYTHING leads them to touch, smell, feel, try (taste) different materials, forms, consistencies; his interest in daily life, the weather, the actions of others, everything that happens around him is inexhaustible.
Our task as monitors / caregivers is to ensure that this interest is not lost, but on the contrary, that it grows. I believe that the nursery garden should be a place with harmony and human warmth, which invites children and family members to return, and the instructors to develop professionally as well as improve the quality of their work.

"Children are my passion! Working with them has helped me better understand the values of life. My role as an educator is to orient and guide them towards specific objectives (conceptual, attitudinal and procedural), fundamental in the first years of development, although they are our true teachers.Children observe the world with purity and spontaneity, teaching us every day about the value of gratitude and generosity.
I consider it essential to promote autonomy and creativity in them from an early age, while reinforcing cooperation and respect for others through play. "

I think it is important to accompany children individually and oriented to them. Meet them at eye level and in an appreciative way. Children must be able to develop autonomously, participatively, playfully and, above all, at their own pace. I am very pleased to be able to accompany children on their journey through life and strengthen them wherever possible.
I am a person very fond of nature and I enjoy every moment in it. The theme of "nature and environment" is very important for children, in order to make them aware of the sustainable use of the environment and natural resources. With experiences in nature, all skills are naturally fostered in this increasingly technological world.

I am a childminder with heart and soul, I have a son and I also like to live the child in me. I like to be creative, to use nature in many different ways, to teach language and knowledge - I can experience all this wonderfully in this job. It's a give and take, and the kids pay it back in a special way. I love being able to accompany children during a part of their lives.

I consider that accompanying children as they grow is an important task for me both personally and socially. I have only been a pedagogue for a short time, but I assume this responsibility with conviction.
For me it is essential to treat the individuality and difference of each child with openness and acceptance. I would like to offer the children in the group a secure relationship and respond to them with sensitivity, because only on this basis is it possible to develop their education. My goal is always to give them as much autonomy as possible, according to the motto: Help me do it myself .

In October 2020 I started volunteering at La Rueda with great emotion. It was a very important step to start my studies as a child educator.
I like to draw and paint with watercolors and gouache, also do illustrations and crafts in general.
I also like to run and from time to time practice ballet.
Social work, the environment and children are part of my passions and I think I have a lot to contribute in these areas, that's why I do my best to make children feel happy.

It is very important for me to recognize and encourage the interests and abilities of the child in time. Group activities and especially individual learning are an essential part of my pedagogical work. I choose the appropriate form of teaching taking into account the content, age and level of development of the child.
Children differ in their development, learn in different ways, and have their own pace of learning. For this reason, I offer each child the necessary time and space to test and expand their abilities in all areas of development: language, cognition, fine and gross motor, social-emotional, etc.
Anna,
pedagogue helper
My name is Anna and I am almost 20 years old. I live in Vienna and did my voluntary social year in the LaRueda group Wasnergasse in 2021/22. As I have grown every day through the experiences I have gained in accompanying the children in the children's group, I would like to continue working in the LaRueda children's group in addition to my training as a children's group supervisor, which I expect to complete in February 2023, and my studies in educational science.
In my free time, I do circus gymnastics (trapeze and acrobatics), I read a lot, I ride my bike, and I like to let my creativity run free. And I am very interested in languages, which makes the work at LaRueda exciting for me. I think the concept of LaRueda, which focuses on sustainability, creativity, movement and multilingualism, is great!
What fascinates me most about working with children is that I witness so much development, growth and uniqueness.
Allowing children to feel freedom in their creative work, encouraging them, listening to them, is very important to me. So I always learn something new from their way of getting to the bottom of things and asking questions, from their openness and curiosity with which they discover the world!
I look forward to our time together,

After becoming a mother myself, I was increasingly fascinated by the curiosity with which children explore the world. As soon as my own daughter's age allowed it, I made my dream come true and became a children's group tutor.
In my free time, I enjoy walking in nature, listening to music, playing with my cat and knitting very much.
I look forward to many wonderful moments with the children and it is a great pleasure for me to be able to accompany your children a little on their journey through life!
