The La Rueda team is as diverse as our group of children

Ivana Reyero,
Founding member and pedagogical director
Dancing, singing, improvising and engaging in dialogue are the things I most enjoy doing with children.
I am interested in sensory integration, psychomotor development and theatre; and from these methodological perspectives, I enjoy observing and supporting children in their development.
I was born in northern Argentina and grew up there until I was 25. I have lived in Vienna since 2003 and have a daughter and a son who are growing up bilingual, speaking Spanish and German.
Hartwig Imlinger,
Founding Partner and Executive Director
I like education, languages, different cultures, and nature. I am interested in creative methodologies in working with children, youth and adults. I never want to finish learning.
I have a 18-year-old daughter, Lumea , and a 12-year-old son, Assim , who was lucky enough to start at La Rueda .

Isabel Langa,
Marketing and digital channels manager
Hello! My name is Isabel and I come from the green Asturias in Spain. My passion is outdoor sports: I love climbing, windsurfing and skiing, among others. Although I spend more time in the office than in the Kindergruppe, I take advantage of every moment with the little ones to share that vitality that we should never neglect. Don't let your inner child go!
Pia Kersch,
Administration and Marketing Assistant
My name is Pia Kersch and I am currently in the eighth semester of a Bachelor's degree in Language, Economics and Culture with Spanish as an elective language.
I am part of a band that still exists and is very active. I taught myself guitar, piano and ukulele as accompanying instruments, self-taught. Sewing and handicrafts are also part of my hobbies.
During the pandemic, I started recycling old clothes to compensate for the monotony of distance learning. I still love doing it today.
I sometimes go to the groups because I love learning Spanish with the children!

Paul,
Accounting and administration
Hello! My name is Paul and I'm from southern Burgenland. I like spending my free time outdoors, so I play a lot of football and enjoy cycling.
At La Rueda, I handle administrative and financial matters. What I like most about La Rueda is the sense of community and the multilingual social development that takes place.
I started working at La Rueda during my studies in Business Administration, helping in finance and accounting.

Rocio
La Rueda Kindergarten
I was born and raised in the wonderful province of Mexico. Here in Austria I am an enthusiastic and creative teacher (Kindergruppenbetreuerin). I like to communicate, teach and enjoy the company of children every day in an atmosphere of respect for their individuality. As an educator I consider listening, observing and guiding our children to be a task of vocation and commitment.
In my free time I like to read, cook, dance Mexican folkloric dances and go hiking.

Enrique
La Rueda Kindergarten
Hello!
My name is Enrique and I am from Salamanca, Spain. Since I was 18 years old I took the path of Education, so I graduated as an Early Childhood and Primary Education Teacher.
I am passionate about being part of children's childhood, accompanying them during their cognitive and, especially, personal development.
One of my passions is travelling and soaking up the culture of each country I visit. This led me to work as a volunteer in schools in Vietnam and Ecuador, where I became the person and teacher I am today.
I consider myself a person who is eager to learn something new every day. My hobbies include music, singing, cooking, travelling, walking in nature, etc.

Sasha
La Rueda Kindergruppen
I am from Argentina, Buenos Aires. I am an affectionate and talkative person, I love dancing, sports and running in my free time.
I am passionate about communicating and relating with children through corporal expression and proposals where they can explore their environment based on their initiatives and interests. Where they are the protagonists and can enjoy every challenge. It really makes me happy to know that I can encourage and accompany the little ones in their best stage of life. Always with love and dedication.

Raquel

Jaqueline
La Rueda Kindergruppe
I am a very nature-loving person and enjoy every moment in nature. The topic of ‘nature and the environment’ is very important for children in order to make them aware of the sustainable use of the environment and natural resources. With experiences in nature all skills are fostered in a natural way in this increasingly technological world.

Rubén

Hello everybody! I come from Barcelona and I am passionate about cooking, especially preparing vegetarian meals.

Celia
La Rueda
Spanish, graphic designer and art teacher. After volunteering in Turkey with refugee children, I moved to Vienna to continue my education with La Rueda. I am passionate about children's emotional development and methodologies that foster empathy and communication.
I have been a vegetarian for five years, enjoy pottery and knitting, learning German every day.

Eva

Hello! My name is Eva and I am a puppet theatre artist. I come every week with my workshops, which consist of a play and a creative arts and crafts activity.

Marisol

My name is Marisol and I completed my Biology studies in Quito, Ecuador, during which I concentrated on the study of insect biodiversity, especially Ecuadorian mantises. Subsequently, I completed a Master's degree in Environmental Studies at York University in Toronto, Canada, where I focused on environmental education, local knowledge and oral tradition.
I love teaching my weekly workshops at La Rueda, fostering that connection with nature that children so desperately need.

Lorena

Hello! My name is Lorena Segura and I am a social worker. I come from Vilanova i la Geltrú, a town in the province of Barcelona.
I moved to Vienna recently with the perspective of orienting my training towards pedagogy, as I love children and I enjoy being part of their learning process.

I am a qualified nature mentor for children because I love to help children to build a deep relationship with their environment - for me, nature is the most beautiful place where I feel at home!

Nacho
Pedagogo
My two passions are linguistics and sport. In teaching I try to apply what life and experience have taught me. I continue to grow and learn new things every day with the children because sometimes it is not always clear who teaches whom.
I was born and raised in Alicante (Spain) until I was 22 years old, I lived, worked and studied for many years in Innsbruck and now I am lucky to be here in Vienna and to be part of the team of La Rueda.

Judith
Docente
My name is Judith and I am from Upper Austria. Before I started at La Rueda, I did a year of social voluntary work in the south of Spain, where I mainly worked with children and young people. With children, it is especially important to me to accompany them in their personal development and to foster values such as self-confidence and independence.
In my spare time, my great passion is cooking and baking. Another of my passions is travelling and immersing myself in new cultures.
